BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
We welcome you to contact us to make an appointment with one of our occupational therapists, psychologists or exercise physiologists.
For your first appointment, please bring any relevant reports or information with you.
REFERRALS
You are welcome to self-refer to our service. Referrals from doctors and third parties are also welcome but not required. Complete our referral form here.
HEALTH INSURANCE, MEDICARE, NDIS
Most health funds recognise occupational therapy, psychology and exercise physiology, and Medicare rebates may be available to some if a referral is included in your GP Care Plan.
Plan and Self-Managed NDIS plans are also welcome.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ENGAGE OUR THERAPY SERVICES
If you have concerns about your own, or your child’s or young person’s development or function, we encourage you to make an appointment for an assessment with one of our qualified, experienced therapists.
Once we receive a referral, we review the information to ensure we have therapists with the appropriate qualifications and knowledge to best meet your needs and ensure positive outcomes. If we are the right team for you, we will advise you that you will be offered an appointment or added to our waitlist.
Occupational Therapy/ Exercise Physiology:
Initial Assessment
Our occupational therapists will complete an initial assessment to identify what areas you would like help with and then they will develop a plan to help you reach your goals.Follow-up or Referral
We will then book you in for further appointments with our occupational therapists, or refer you to our qualified exercise physiologist or therapy assistants, to ensure you reach your goals quickly and effectively.
We will work as a team to ensure the best outcomes for you.
Psychology:
Initial Assessment
Our Psychologist will complete an initial appointment and obtain a history of your concerns and goals. During this appointment, you will develop a plan for future sessions and how to best meet your goals moving forward.
