We complete a comprehensive intake assessment that considers all aspects of your health and wellbeing to assist us to establish any underlying causes of pain, inflammation, and poor energy.
KEY THERAPY
Key Therapy is a form of non-invasive neuro stimulation. This style of therapy has been used by health professionals for many years and is continually growing in popularity due to its effectiveness.
Key therapy is gentle, does not involve the use of drugs, needles or manipulations and is safe for all age groups with a range of health concerns. It assists to improve blood circulation, restore function and can perform passive muscle stimulation where needed.
LYMPHATIC AND SOFT TISSUE TECHNIQUES
Various lymphatic drainage and soft tissue techniques are utilised to increase blood flow, decrease inflammation and improve circulation and therefore promote faster healing.
