Booking an appointment

You can contact us to make an appointment with one of our occupational therapists or exercise physiologists.

For your first appointment, please bring any relevant reports or information with you.

Referrals

A referral is not required to make an appointment with us; however, it is welcomed. [LINK REFERRAL FORM]

Health insurance, Medicare & NDIS

Occupational therapy is recognised by most health funds, and Medicare rebates may be available to some if a referral is included in your GP Care Plan.

Plan and Self-Managed NDIS plans are also welcome.
